These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aipear (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Aipear is a brand visibility tool that runs prompts across AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overview, and reports how those assistants mention and describe your brand. The Service is operated by the Aipear team (“Aipear”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms form a direct agreement between you and us.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Aipear. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by team members you invite to your workspace, and for keeping your login credentials secure. We authenticate accounts through Google Sign-In; you must comply with Google’s terms in addition to ours.
You agree to use Aipear only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Aipear surfaces output produced by third-party AI models including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. This output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated, and it changes as those underlying models change. Results are provided for informational purposes only on an “as is” basis. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on results. Aipear should not be used as the sole basis for any important business, legal, or financial decision.
Paid plans are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain access until then. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You retain full ownership of the brands, prompts, competitor lists, and workspace data you add to Aipear. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service — including sending your prompts to third-party AI providers and storing results in your workspace. The Aipear name, logo, product design, and all related materials are the property of the Aipear team. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our name, trademarks, or intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Aipear depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure that may be subject to outages or changes outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We run automated daily analyses on a best-effort basis and may adjust limits or scheduling without notice to keep the Service stable and sustainable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your workspace data after a reasonable retention period following termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at hello@aipear.net. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify you where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
